Are you a data-driven and creative digital marketer with a passion for paid advertising As a Digital Marketing Associate specializing in Paid Ads for Google and Meta platforms, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing paid advertising strategies to drive business growth.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in the planning and implementation of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, App Install) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). You will be tasked with building, managing, and optimizing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.

Additionally, you will conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign enhancement. Your role will involve contributing to the creation of compelling ad content, including ad copy, image selection, video concepts, and user-generated content integration.

Moreover, you will be responsible for setting up and managing conversion tracking and attribution models, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to gain insights for campaign optimization. Generating regular performance reports with clear analysis and actionable recommendations will be a key aspect of your role.

Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, optimizing campaign targeting based on search trends and user behavior, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with overall objectives are essential components of this position.

Handling client escalations related to campaign performance and providing effective solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on paid platforms, landing pages, and ad content.
