Sales Executive (Remote): Real Estate Marketing

Compensation:

• Fixed: ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance)
• Variable: ₹2 LPA apart from Fixed(Incentive plus bonus on deals closed that you sourced)

One Advertising is an experiential marketing agency built specifically for real estate developers. We run campaigns, strategy, and lead generation for builders and developers across India, helping them sell out projects faster through data-driven marketing.

About the Role:

Were hiring a Business Development Executive to be the first point of contact between ONE Advertising and real estate developers who need better marketing. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: find the right developers, get their attention, and get a call on the calendar. If youre good at this, you become one of the most valuable people in the company because every client relationship starts with you.

This is not a script-reading, box-ticking telecalling job. Youll need to understand real estate, understand what makes a developer say yes, and think on your feet.

Your Job Role:

• Build target lists of real estate developers and builders across India using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, RERA project listings, industry events, referrals, and old research
• Reach out via a mix of cold calls, LinkedIn (connection requests, DMs, comments), and email adapting your approach to who youre talking to
• Pitch confidently: explain what ONE Advertising does and why it matters for their project, without sounding like a script
• Qualify every lead: understand their project stage, budget, timelines, and who the actual decision-maker is before you book anything
• Book qualified calls on the founders calendars, with a short brief so we walk in prepared
• Own your pipeline — log every call, message, and follow-up in the CRM daily; nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow up relentlessly — most deals arent won on the first touch. Youll build a follow-up cadence and stick to it
• Hit weekly targets — outreach volume (calls/DMs/emails) and, most importantly, qualified calls booked

What we are looking for:

• 0–2 years of experience: people with the right hustle are welcome; prior sales, telecalling, or client-facing experience is a plus.
• Sharp, clear communication — spoken and written English & Hindi
• Comfortable on the phone and comfortable writing a cold LinkedIn message that doesnt get ignored
• Self-driven: this is a remote role, so we need someone who manages their own day without being chased
• Resilient: youll hear no a lot more than yes. We need someone who doesnt take it personally and keeps going
• Basic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and LinkedIn (training provided if you havent used Sales Navigator before)
