Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site German/Spanish Influencer Marketing Internship role located in Mumbai. As an intern, you will assist in identifying and building relationships with German and Spanish influencers, developing and managing influencer marketing campaigns, and collaborating on content creation for social media channels. You will also monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and help identify new opportunities for growth in influencer engagement.

Scope of Work TikTok Revenue & Influencer Consultant

1. TikTok Account & Revenue Setup

• Set up and optimize TikTok business accounts in line with TikTok Revenue Leader requirements
• Support onboarding into TikTok monetization programs (TikTok Shop / Affiliate / Creator Marketplace, as applicable)
• Act as a key execution partner to expand revenue opportunities on the platform
• Coordinate with TikTok Account Managers to unlock growth initiatives, pilots, and beta opportunities

2. Influencer Onboarding & Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage language speaking influencers aligned with brand objectives
• Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, and onboarding in Different language (written and verbal)
• Manage influencer performance tracking, content timelines, and compliance with campaign guidelines
• Serve as the primary point of contact between influencers and internal teams

3. Daily Operations & Cross-Functional Liaison

• Own day-to-day TikTok operations including campaign execution, issue resolution, and escalations
• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (marketing, content, legal, finance, supply chain) to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate closely with TikTok Account Managers for operational, technical, and commercial alignment
• Ensure timely communication, reporting, and follow-ups across all stakeholders

4. Business Expansion & Optimization

• Identify growth opportunities through new influencer formats, content strategies, and revenue models
• Provide market insights specific to Germany (creator trends, content formats, platform dynamics)
• Support testing, learning, and scaling of successful influencer-led initiatives
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue performance

5. Reporting & Governance

• Share regular performance updates on influencer onboarding, revenue progress, and operational KPIs
• Maintain documentation of processes, learnings, and best practices
• Flag risks, dependencies, and escalation items proactively
