Role Description The Senior Executive Copywriter will craft compelling, brand-aligned copy for multiple beauty and wellness brands within OneGuardians portfolio, including product descriptions, campaign messaging, digital content, and advertising materials. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves developing and refining brand tone of voice, collaborating closely with marketing, design, and product teams, and ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Daily responsibilities include drafting and editing long- and short-form content, creating copy for social media, email campaigns, websites, and packaging, and supporting PR initiatives with press releases and brand narratives. The role also requires interpreting briefs, conducting light research to strengthen messaging, and optimizing copy for clarity, impact, and brand differentiation in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• Strong Writing and Proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and error-free copy across formats.
• Demonstrated Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex ideas into accessible language.
• Experience with Press Releases and brand storytelling, particularly for consumer-facing beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• Marketing-focused copywriting skills, including understanding of audience segmentation, brand positioning, and campaign messaging.
• Several years of experience in copywriting or content roles, preferably in beauty, wellness, FMCG, or related industries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt tone and style across different brands and channels.
• Proficiency in digital platforms (web, social media, email) and familiarity with basic SEO and performance-driven content principles.
• Bachelors degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
