  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Partnering (HRBP)
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic consultant to Department Heads to align people strategies with P&L goals.
  • Organizational Design: Lead OD&S exercises to ensure lean, agile teams that support market demands and our growth.
  • Workforce Planning: Use predictive analytics to manage headcount budget and Build vs. Buy talent decisions.
  • 2. Talent & Leadership Development
  • High-Potential (HiPo) Programs: Identify and groom Next-Gen leaders through structured mentorship and executive coaching.
  • Succession Planning: Build a robust leadership pipeline for C-suite and critical technical roles.
  • Continuous Learning: Transition from One-off Training to a Culture of Learning using AI-driven platforms and micro-learning modules.
  • 3. HR Transformation Projects
  • AI Native HR function: Implement AI in our functions processes, workflows, tools and procedures.
  • Change Management: Guide the organization through cultural shifts, including hybrid work transitions and digital-first workflows.
  • 4. Total Rewards & Compensation
  • Structure Design: Design and manage competitive salary benchmarks, including Fixed Pay, Variable Pay, and Long-Term Incentives.

    Benefits Strategy: Implement benefits, flexible insurance, and wellness credits.
  • Annual Cycles: Manage the end-to-end Appraisal and Merit Increase process with data-backed transparency.
  • 5. Indian Employment Law & Compliance
  • New Labor Codes: Ensure 100% readiness and compliance with the 4 New Labour Codes (Social Security, Industrial Relations, Wages, and OSH).
  • Statutory Oversight: Oversee PF, ESI, PT, and Gratuity management.
  • POSH & Ethics: Act as a key member/advisor to the Internal Committee (IC) to ensure a safe, inclusive workplace.
  • 6. Employee Experience & Culture: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and well-being. Champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) workplace.
  • Performance & Development: Manage the annual performance review cycle. Identify skill gaps and implement continuous learning programs to facilitate rapid upskilling.
