- Succession Planning: Build a robust leadership pipeline for C-suite and critical technical roles.
- Continuous Learning: Transition from One-off Training to a Culture of Learning using AI-driven platforms and micro-learning modules.
- 3. HR Transformation Projects
- AI Native HR function: Implement AI in our functions processes, workflows, tools and procedures.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through cultural shifts, including hybrid work transitions and digital-first workflows.
- 4. Total Rewards & Compensation
- Structure Design: Design and manage competitive salary benchmarks, including Fixed Pay, Variable Pay, and Long-Term Incentives.
- Benefits Strategy: Implement benefits, flexible insurance, and wellness credits.

- Annual Cycles: Manage the end-to-end Appraisal and Merit Increase process with data-backed transparency.
- 5. Indian Employment Law & Compliance
- New Labor Codes: Ensure 100% readiness and compliance with the 4 New Labour Codes (Social Security, Industrial Relations, Wages, and OSH).
- Statutory Oversight: Oversee PF, ESI, PT, and Gratuity management.
- POSH & Ethics: Act as a key member/advisor to the Internal Committee (IC) to ensure a safe, inclusive workplace.
- 6. Employee Experience & Culture: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and well-being. Champion a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) workplace.
- Performance & Development: Manage the annual performance review cycle. Identify skill gaps and implement continuous learning programs to facilitate rapid upskilling.
