Reporting To: Chief Client Officer / Leadership Team

The Opportunity:
This is a high-ownership, execution-oriented marketing role.
You will work closely with the leadership team, sales, delivery, technology experts, alliance teams and
customers to build Oneture's brand, create market influence and generate meaningful customer
engagement.
You will be responsible for taking ideas from:
“We should do this” → “Let's build it” → “Let's take it to market” → “Let's measure the impact.”
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working across strategy, content, campaigns, events, thought leadership, customer marketing and execution — and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving B2B technology environment.
This is not a pure social media, content-writing or event-management role, It is a role for someone who wants to help build a technology brand.
What We Are Looking For:
3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, technology marketing, brand marketing, content
marketing, demand generation or a similar role.
Experience working with B2B technology / IT / SaaS / consulting / professional services
organizations.
Strong understanding of content, campaigns and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to create compelling business narratives, not just technical content.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong ownership mindset — comfortable taking a project from concept to execution.
Good understanding of LinkedIn and B2B social media.
Ability to understand technology and translate it into simple business stories.
