Machine Learning / GEN AI Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) / Generative AI Engineer to help us create AI/ML solutions. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for data collection, cleaning, processing, training/retraining models, and deploying them to production. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will work on generative models to create novel and realistic outputs. You should have exceptional skills in statistics and programming, apart from this you should also know about data science and software engineering. The ideal candidate should be passionate about artificial intelligence and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
Responsibilities

• Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models to address specific business challenges and requirements.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Implement best practices for model validation and performance monitoring.
• Contribute to the development of solutions based on generative AI models, exploring novel approaches to create realistic and innovative outputs.
• Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results.
• Implement Source Large Language Models like Mistral, Llama3 etc. for various Gen AI use cases in production.
• Ability to continuously experiment and learn to stay up to date with the rapidly evolving Gen AI ecosystem.

• Training models and tuning their hyperparameters.
• Analyzing the errors of the model and designing strategies to overcome them.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1 - 2 years.
• Technologies / Skills: Python / Java, Gen AI - LLMs, RAG Architecture, ML Framework and Libraries, data modeling and ML model building, AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock.
• Education level: Bachelors degree (B. E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institute.

  1-2 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Ability to write robust code in Python, and Java.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn, pandas, Numpy, SciPy), and OpenCV.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques and applications like LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Experience with AWS cloud platforms for model deployment is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services like SageMaker, Bedrock, etc. is preferred.
• Good knowledge of AI and ML best practices for model building, automation, and iterative learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
