We are seeking a seasoned Senior Computer Vision AI & ML Engineer with a proven track record of excellence in developing custom detection models, object tracking algorithms, and expertise in building and deploying models using AWS pipelines. As a key member of our AI team, you will be at the forefront of developing state-of-the-art develop, and optimize advanced computer vision and machine learning algorithms for Object Detections.

• Build and train custom detection models using deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, EfficientNet, EfficientDet etc.
• Have a significant knowledge of SSD Models i.e. Yolo Darkent-Ultralytics, SSD MobileNet
• Implement robust object tracking algorithms to ensure high accuracy and reliability in dynamic environments.
• Create end-to-end AWS pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and AWS services to drive innovation within the team.
  
  
  

Education level: Bachelors degree (B.E. / B. Tech) in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institute
Experience: 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Machine Learning. Working knowledge of AWS platform is preferred. Experience in the video surveillance Industry / developing Computer Vision based solutions would be an added advantage.
Technical Expertise

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
• Proven expertise in building custom detection models, object tracking algorithms, and image/video processing techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).

Get Hired
• Have a significant knowledge of SSD Models i.e. Yolo Darkent-Ultralytics, SSD MobileNet
• Understands building datasets using CVAT Tools/ Reverse Labelling i.e. Reverse labeling in AI, also known as "counterfactual labeling" or "counterfactual data augmentation"
• Experience in designing and deploying AWS pipelines for model training and deployment.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, SageMaker, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
