About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior GDScript Developer with extensive expertise in Godots scripting language, GDScript, to contribute to AI model training dataset development. This role is perfect for experienced professionals passionate about applying their coding knowledge and game development expertise to refine and optimize state-of-the-art AI models.

In this position, youll play a crucial role in documenting, explaining, and refining GDScript workflows and programming patterns, ensuring AI systems are trained on accurate, high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed coding prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring clarity and technical accuracy.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI-generated outputs to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Identify and address inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or biases in AI-generated code and results.
• Collaborate with AI Teams: Work alongside AI developers and data scientists to align training data objectives with GDScript use cases.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with extensive hands-on experience using GDScript.
• Strong understanding of Godots scripting language, GDScript, or other supported languages like C# or C++.
• Experience with Node Systems, RigidBody, and KinematicBody within Godot.
• Familiarity with debugging, optimization, and testing workflows in GDScript.
• C1 level English proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills with a commitment to precision and thoroughness.
• Ability to produce high-quality work independently with minimal supervision.
