About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Julia Developer with extensive expertise in Julia programming to contribute to AI model training dataset development. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about applying their advanced coding knowledge to refine and optimize AI systems through accurate, high-quality datasets.

In this position, youll play a crucial role in documenting, explaining, and refining Julia-based workflows and programming patterns, ensuring AI systems are trained on reliable and contextually relevant information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Training Content:
  
  Create detailed Julia-based coding prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate, rank, and refine AI-generated outputs to improve code accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Identify and address inconsistencies, biases, or inaccuracies in AI-generated Julia code and outputs.
• Collaborate with AI Teams: Work alongside AI developers and data scientists to align training data objectives with Julia-based use cases.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Julia programming.
• Proficiency with Julias package ecosystem, including DataFrames.jl, Flux.jl, JuMP.jl, and JIT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
