About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Slurm Specialist with extensive expertise in Slurm workload management systems to contribute to AI model training dataset development. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in HPC (High-Performance Computing) environments and are passionate about applying their technical expertise to refine and optimize AI systems.

In this position, youll play a key role in documenting, explaining, and refining Slurm-based workflows, configurations, and scripting patterns, ensuring AI systems are trained on accurate and contextually relevant data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed Slurm-based coding prompts and responses to guide AI learning, ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate, rank, and refine AI-generated outputs related to Slurm configurations and HPC tasks.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Identify and address inconsistencies, biases, or inaccuracies in AI-generated results within the context of workload management.
• Collaborate with AI Teams: Work alongside AI developers and data scientists to align training data objectives with real-world Slurm use cases.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience working with Slurm workload management systems.
• Experience in web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with HPC-related tools such as Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, and Puppet.
• Strong understanding of scripting languages commonly used with Slurm, such as Bash or Python.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and optimizing HPC cluster performance.
