Quantity Surveying Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Experience:

8 to 15 + years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, and Contract Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Quantity Surveying teams for commercial, industrial, and data center projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Develop and manage project budgets from inception to completion
• Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases
• Evaluate and analyze contractor bids, negotiate contracts, and finalize vendors
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow statements, and weekly/monthly project reports
• Conduct value engineering and ensure compliance with BOQ, technical specs, and drawings

• Manage contractor and subcontractor billing, claims, and variations
• Analyze contract terms, identify discrepancies, and prepare clarification queries
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for smooth project execution
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and commercial management processes
