Site Engineer

• Site Supervision & Coordination:
• Monitor day-to-day site progress, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
• Track work completion against planned schedules and highlight delays.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are maintained at the site.
• Quantity Surveying & Billing:
• Take joint measurements at the site and prepare/check contractor bills.
• Verify BOQs, estimates, and executed quantities against the contract scope.
• Prepare quantity take-offs for new items/variations and support in rate analysis.
• Monitor material consumption and reconcile steel, cement, and major items.
• Certify subcontractor/vendor bills for accuracy and timely processing.
• Cost & Documentation:
• Maintain updated records of drawings, changes, and site instructions.
• Track variations/deviations and ensure proper approvals and documentation.

In addition to the responsibilities, the company expects you to have the following qualifications and skills:

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
• Experience in high-end luxury residential and commercial construction.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement methods.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle contractors.
• Eye for detail, accuracy in measurements, and proactive problem-solving.
• Preference for candidates with a stable career history (not frequent job changes).
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
