We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to assist in managing the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and prior experience working closely with a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• ? Handle day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• ? Assist in the preparation of financial reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• ? Support tax planning and compliance, including GST filings and coordination with tax authorities.
• ? Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
• ? Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other teams to develop financial strategies and maintain operational efficiency.
• ? Assist in audits by preparing necessary documents and coordinating with auditors.

Key Requirements:

• ? Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ? 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• ? Experience working with or under a Chartered Accountant.
• ? Knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance.
• ? Proficiency in financial software and strong MS Excel skills.
• ? Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ? Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and other financial tools.
• ? Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
• ? Exposure to tax filing processes and basic financial modeling.
