Role Overview:

We are looking for a Jr. Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to help build and maintain a high-quality database of potential leads. You will use Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales navigator, and other platforms to research, collect, and organize contact information for outreach campaigns. Your work will directly support our sales and business development efforts by ensuring we have a strong pipeline of potential

clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Research & Data Collection:
• ? Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Hubspot, and other prospecting tools to find decision-makers and key contacts.
• ? Extract and organize relevant details like email addresses, phone numbers, and company information.
• ? Identify new platforms and tools for better data sourcing.
• Database Management & Organization:
• ? Maintain and update a structured lead bank in HubSpot or spreadsheets.
• ? Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and verifying contact details.
• ? Categorize leads based on industry, geography, and potential
• Support Outreach & Campaigns:
• ? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to segment and prioritize leads.
• ? Provide data insights for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• ? Track response rates and update records accordingly
• Skills & Qualifications:
• ? 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or sales support.
• ? Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and HubSpot (mandatory).
• ? Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and other data-sourcing tools.
• ? Ability to manage and organize large datasets efficiently.
• ? Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
• ? Detail-oriented with excellent research skills.
• Bonus Skills:
• ? Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Gmail, Apollo).
• ? Basic knowledge of B2B marketing & sales funnels.
• ? Familiarity with CRM data hygiene best practices.
