Job Description
- You are a highly skilled "Global Product Support Engineer" being sought after by Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. to support the company's products lifecycle and understand the requirement for data analytics. At Orbit & Skyline, you will be responsible for performing analytical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems at a component level, minimizing equipment downtime. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve field issues reported from customer sites, act as a crucial technical resource for field engineers and technicians, provide support for complex equipment and software issues, assist with complex field modifications and updates based on engineering change notifications, participate in new developments, own beta site test plans and reporting, and develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices, Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs), and troubleshooting guides as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or masters degree in system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor domain.
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to isolate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
