Global Product Support Engineer

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's or masters degree in system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor domain.
• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor equipment, including electro-mechanical systems and software.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to isolate and resolve complex technical problems.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Conflicts and escalation management
• Experience with deposition or etch equipment's
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by quickly resolving issues and providing excellent technical support.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse customer environments and stay updated on new technologies
• Exposure to equipment software
