Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate should be analytical, business-oriented, and capable of translating business requirements into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with business teams, technical teams, and management to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for decision-making.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Conduct requirement validation, UAT coordination, and support implementation.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve business and process-related issues.
• Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to senior management.
• Support change management and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, process mapping, workflow documentation, and UAT.
• Good understanding of project management and SDLC processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good presentation and reporting skills.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA / relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
