Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for RPA initiatives.
• Conduct process assessments, process mapping, and prepare Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and project teams to deliver automation solutions.
• Support RPA development, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and production rollouts.
• Analyze business processes and data to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure automation solutions comply with business objectives, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and project discussions.
• Provide post-implementation support and assist in continuous process optimization.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to RPA projects.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process mapping, and process documentation.
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, PDDs, and workflow diagrams.
• Understanding of RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience in UAT, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in process improvement initiatives and business process reengineering.
• Knowledge of BPMN, Visio, or other process modeling tools.
• RPA Business Analyst or Business Analysis certifications are an added advantage.
