Chief Technology Officer/Chief Scientist - AI Security

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the technology vision, AI security roadmap, and product strategy.
• Lead the design and development of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions and intelligent threat detection platforms.
• Build scalable AI/ML architectures for security analytics, anomaly detection, fraud prevention, and cyber defense.
• Drive research and innovation in Generative AI, LLM security, adversarial AI, and AI governance.
• Establish enterprise architecture, security standards, and engineering best practices.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of AI researchers, data scientists, security engineers, and software architects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Oversee cloud architecture, platform modernization, DevSecOps, and secure software development practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through research, experimentation, and product development.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills :

• 15-24 years of experience in Technology Leadership, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity.
• Strong expertise in :

• i. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• ii. Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• iii. AI Security & Adversarial AI
• iv. Cybersecurity Architecture
• v. Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• vi. Enterprise Architecture
• vii. Secure Software Development

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale AI platforms and security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with data engineering, MLOps, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven leadership experience managing large engineering, research, or technology organizations.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience in AI governance, Responsible AI, and security compliance frameworks.
• Publications, patents, or contributions in AI or cybersecurity research.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation or cybersecurity product organizations.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and modern security frameworks.
