Senior Manager - Ledger Transformation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation and change management initiatives.
• Drive ledger transformation programs and optimize finance processes.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology teams to implement Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and banking regulatory requirements.
• Analyze finance processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support finance system implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on finance transformation programs.
• Develop governance frameworks, project plans, and progress reports for leadership.
• Ensure successful delivery of finance modernization initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation within Banking or Banking GCC.
• Strong expertise in:

• 1. Banking Finance & Financial Reporting
• 2. IFRS (Advanced proficiency)
• 3. Oracle Fusion Finance
• 4. Ledger Transformation
• 5. Finance Change Management
• 6. Financial Controls & Governance

• Proven experience leading finance transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.
• Knowledge of ERP transformation and finance process optimization.
• Experience working with global finance teams and large enterprise transformation programs.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are preferred.
