Senior Project/Program Manager - Capital Markets

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Capital Markets transformation programs across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
• Drive Front-to-Back (F2B) change initiatives from planning through successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to ensure successful execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide regular program updates, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor project members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills :

• - 8-10 years of experience in Project/Program Management within Capital Markets.
• Strong domain expertise in :
• i. FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities)
• ii. OTC Derivatives
• - Deep understanding of the complete trade lifecycle, including :
• i. Trade Capture
• ii. Confirmation
• iii. Matching
• iv. Clearing
• v. Settlement
• vi. Collateral Management
• vii. Risk Management
• viii. Regulatory Reporting

• Proven experience leading Front-to-Back (F2B) transformation and enterprise change programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance, and leadership skills.
• Experience working with global teams and cross-functional business units.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
• Exposure to investment banking platforms, regulatory initiatives, and capital markets technology transformations.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs in global financial institutions.
