Role Overview

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Professional with 5 years of relevant
• experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of
• accounting processes, taxation, reconciliations, and ERP/accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling and processing of TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance
• Managing GST entries, reconciliations, and filing support
• Performing Bill Entry and verification of invoices
• Passing General Accounting Entries in accounting systems
• Conducting Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly
• Recording and maintaining Purchase & Sales Entries
• Preparing and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Carrying out Vendor Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
• Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related matters

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong working knowledge of:
• TDS
• GST
• Bill Entry
• General Accounting
• Bank Reconciliation
• Purchase & Sales Accounting
• Purchase Orders
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
