Role DescriptionBuild and lead Oswaals performance marketing across Meta, Google and Amazon into the companys most powerful, most efficient growth engine — where spend compounds, waste

keeps shrinking, and we stay permanently ahead of the curve on platforms, practices and

tooling.

Qualifications

• A senior performance marketer (typically 8–12 years) with hands-on mastery across
• Meta, Google and Amazon ads — not a generalist who has touched each, but someone
• who has driven real results on all three.
• You have a proven record of scaling spend while improving efficiency — cutting
• waste, lifting blended ROAS/contribution margin, lowering CAC, with numbers to show it.
• You think in incrementality and measurement, not vanity metrics, and youve built the
• testing discipline to prove it.
• You stay ahead of the curve — youre usually testing the next thing before the market
• catches on, and you never stop learning.
• You are an excellent team leader and a deeply self-organised operator.
• You use AI for deep, high-level work, not decoration.
• You go deep and stay (3–4+ year stints) — and you unlearn every few years,
• Rebuilding playbooks as platforms change.
