Recruitment Specialist

We are hiring for HR Recruiter:-

Location: Agra

Experience: 13 Years (Minimum 6 months in recruitment)

Industry Preference: Publishing / Education / FMCG / B2B / Non-IT Hiring

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Handle complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Prepare and post JDs on job portals and social media platforms.

2. Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and pipeline database.

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Follow up with candidates for feedback and documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and management.

4. Offer & Closure

• Negotiate salary within approved budget.
• Roll out offer letters and complete joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing ability
• Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously
• Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic Excel knowledge
