Role & responsibilities

• To perform all test for in process product & finish product as per the specification and schedule.
• To investigate failure of FP / Out of specifications (OOS) and take the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• To perform and ensure the calibration of instruments as per the schedule.
• To train team members on current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good laboratory practice (GLP).
• To perform and ensure preparation of reagent / volumetric solution as per schedule
• To perform and ensure observation of FP retained samples.
  
• To prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and train the team on the same
• implement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) norms in quality control department
• To review calibration reports
• Supervise and train QC analysts in testing techniques and safety practices.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules.

• Familiarity with LIMS and ERP systems is an added advantage
