Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To perform all test for in process product & finish product as per the specification and schedule.
- To investigate failure of FP / Out of specifications (OOS) and take the corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- To perform and ensure the calibration of instruments as per the schedule.
- To train team members on current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good laboratory practice (GLP).
- To perform and ensure preparation of reagent / volumetric solution as per schedule
- To perform and ensure observation of FP retained samples.
- To prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and train the team on the same
- implement of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) norms in quality control department
- To review calibration reports
- Supervise and train QC analysts in testing techniques and safety practices.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV).
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with LIMS and ERP systems is an added advantage
