Business Development Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to queries about courses, admission procedures, and institute policies.
• Counsel students on course selection, academic pathways, and career opportunities.
• Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the academic and admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.
• Update and maintain student records in CRM or student management systems.
• Provide pre- and post-admission support to students and parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline (Education/Communication preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, student counseling, or customer service (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication inBengali, English.

Duration: 3 Months

Stipend: 5000 Per Month along with lucrative incentives.
