• Work closely with brands and vendors to implement promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
• Track sales trends, analyze performance data, and report to the Branch Manager.
• Support marketing efforts through in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launch activities.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain satisfaction.
