OYO - Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager at PRISM, you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for critical components of our hospitality ecosystem. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, working closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to solve complex problems at scale. Your daily efforts will directly influence how millions of guests book their stays and how thousands of hotel partners manage their businesses, ensuring that our products remain agile, intuitive, and highly profitable in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and long-term roadmap by analyzing market trends, user feedback, and business performance data to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirement gathering to execution and post-launch optimization, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering and design teams, to translate complex business requirements into seamless, user-centric product features.
- Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful adoption and market penetration.
- Monitor key performance indicators and product metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, iterating on designs to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear communication on project status, risks, and strategic pivots throughout the development process.
Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex product roadmaps and prioritize features based on data-driven insights and business impact.
- Strong proficiency in product design principles, with a proven track record of delivering intuitive user interfaces that solve real-world problems.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align diverse perspectives toward a common goal.
- Proven experience in driving go-to-market strategies, including the ability to analyze market segments and position products effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in product management roles, preferably within the consumer tech or hospitality industry.
- Strong educational background, typically holding an MBA or an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a premier institute.
