ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently lead & motivate a team, supervision and finalization of taxation, audits and consultancy work.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, cross-functional teams and departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage multiple audit assignments, meet deadlines, and ensure the teams tasks are completed on time.

KEY QUALITIES:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to Audit and Assurance during Articleship / Post Qualification.
• Strong practice mindset with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in professional practice.
• Technology-oriented mindset with the willingness to embrace new-age audit tools, digital platforms, automation and emerging technologies to make audit processes more efficient and effective.
