- This is a very exciting 360-degree role which provides you an opportunity to network with leading CHRO's, Talent Acquisition Heads and other business leaders and encompasses both Business Development and delivery in the form of recruitment
- This is quite an exciting role that enables you to manage your own P&L within the Financial Services practice. Enclosed below are key responsibilities :
1. Identify and develop client/business relationships in a competitive environment
2. Drive new business development via lead chases, candidate references, industry events
3. Create new revenue streams with existing clients by cross selling/up selling capabilities of different PageGroup brands and functions
4. Continually seek to build expertise and specialization in the chosen market
5. Consult clients on the most appropriate recruitment solution for attracting candidates as well as consult candidates on general career advice/market opportunities
6. Independently driving mid-senior leadership hiring for your clients
7. Build a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline

8. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing, interview to offer
9. Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities

What are We looking for ?

1. Possess an MBA degree along with 5-12 years of work experience from BFSI Sales/Fintech background.
2. Prior experience in key account management or client facing roles are preferable.
3. You have a solid track record of success and an ability to influence and communicate effectively.
4. You are proactive, ambitious, entrepreneurial and thrive in a meritocratic environment.
