Role Description The Recruitment Specialist role at Palasa is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for various roles within the studio and operational teams. The Recruitment Specialist will conduct structured interviews, collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding and training efforts, and contributing to employer branding initiatives that reflect Palasas values and culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Candidates should possess effective Interviewing skills and the ability to assess role fit objectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members integration and success.
• Relevant experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination is beneficial.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, basic HR processes, and hiring best practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site, prioritize multiple roles, and meet hiring timelines is required.
• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
