Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with internal teams and client stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, posting job descriptions, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements, advising on selection processes, and supporting onboarding activities. The Recruiter is expected to maintain accurate recruitment records, track key metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring strategies.

• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple roles and meet hiring timelines.
