Product Trainer & Marketing Manager - Industrial Consumables - Repair & Maintenence

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training programs.
• Provide technical support and product application training to customers and employees.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products.
• Prepare training materials and presentations.
• Lead and guide the training team.
• Visit customer sites for product demonstrations and technical training when required.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 6 years of team handling experience.
• Strong application knowledge in Cement, Power, Steel, Sugar, or Mining industries (Mandatory).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel as per business requirements.
