The Growth Officer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gorakhpur. Key responsibilities include driving business growth through strategic sales and business development initiatives, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and executing customer acquisition strategies. The Growth Officer will also manage projects, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships to meet business objectives and expand market presence.

• Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop lasting partnerships.
• Proficiency in Market Research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.

  Get Hired
  Experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully executing growth-oriented initiatives.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify innovative solutions and drive market expansion.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
