• Looking for Graduates only
• Required Exp : 1.5 to 2 yrs of Edtech Exp.
• Excellent communication skills required
• Looking for immediate joiners or 7-15 days Notice period
• Mode : Hybrid : 1 month WFH then wfo location Banglore & Gurgaon
• Salary upto 11 LPA

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in EdTech sales or combined EdTech + Non-EdTech sales roles
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in consultative selling and high-ticket sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct consultative discussions with prospective learners to understand their upskilling and career goals

• .Recommend suitable programs and ensure successful enrollments
• .Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure
• .Maintain high conversion rates and revenue performance
• .Mentor junior BDAs and support team performance goals
• .Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and learner experience
• .Deliver consistent performance aligned with company revenue objectives
