About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring a strong talent pipeline to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication between candidates and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
• Stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools/ATS platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and drive hiring closures efficiently.
