Role Description The Ecommerce Expert will play a key role in optimizing and growing eCommerce operations for Parix Digitals clients, focusing on performance, conversion, and customer experience. In this full-time remote position, the individual will manage and refine online product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and merchandising across multiple platforms and marketplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing sales and traffic data, monitoring key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention. The role will collaborate closely with AI, marketing, and automation teams to implement data-driven strategies, integrate AI tools, and streamline eCommerce workflows. The Ecommerce Expert will also coordinate with clients, provide insights and recommendations, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure that digital storefronts align with brand strategy and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce expertise, including experience managing online stores, product listings, and marketplaces.
• Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed optimization decisions.
• Excellent Communication abilities for collaborating with internal teams and clients in a remote environment.
• Customer Service focus with an understanding of user experience and post-purchase support processes.
• Sales-oriented mindset, with experience in conversion optimization, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or similar) and digital marketing concepts.
• Comfort working with technology-driven environments; experience with AI or automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
