Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (Global Data Center EPC)

Experience: 23+ Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Compulsory)

Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive the global financial strategy and operational integrity of our Data Center Business Unit. As a key member of the senior management team, you will manage complex capital structures, ensure global regulatory compliance, and lead our financial roadmap through expansion and potential listing milestones.

Key Responsibilities (OKRs):

Global Financial Strategy:

• Develop and execute financial plans for high-CAPEX data center projects across international markets.

Capital Management:

• Optimize capital deployment and lead funding strategies (Debt/Equity) to support hyperscale expansion.

Listed Entity Governance:

• Drive financial transparency and compliance as required for a listed entity or lead the organization through the listing (IPO) process.

Project Financial Leadership:

• Oversee project accounting, FP&A, and cash flow for massive EPC lifecycles, ensuring ROI on strategic initiatives.

Risk & Compliance:

• Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks across global operations (IFRS/US GAAP/Local Tax).

Stakeholder Relations:

• Act as the primary interface for the Board, CEO, Investors, Financial Institutions, and Auditors.

The Ideal Candidate:

CA (Mandatory): Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Additional Qualification as CPA/CFA will be an advantage

Project DNA: Proven track record in Infrastructure/EPC/Power projects is highly desirable.

Public Market Experience: Direct experience in a listed entity or taking a private entity to an IPO.

Leadership: 20+ years of progressive leadership with a strategic and analytical mindset.
