Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President, located in Jamshedpur. The Associate Vice President will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of financial targets. This role includes handling client relationships, leading business development efforts, and maintaining regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive experience in strategic planning and business development
• Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities
• Knowledge of financial services, loan products, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience within the financial services industry is highly advantageous
• Proven track record of achieving business goals and targets
