Planning Engineer – Planning Engineer – Kitchen Projects | Interior Fit-Out | Construction
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and critical paths
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Technical, Procurement, Production, Logistics & Installation teams
• Track procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities
• Identify delays and prepare recovery plans
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead reports, and KPIs
• Support resource planning, risk management, and project forecasting
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• 5–8 years of planning experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out, kitchen installation, joinery, or construction projects
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project and Advanced Excel
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Power BI and PMP certification would be an advantage
