Work Arrangement: On-siteWhat You\'ll Be Doing

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and execution of assigned projects.
• Identify and document client and stakeholder project needs, objectives, and delivery requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans in coordination with the Project Manager and project team.
• Support project planning, scheduling, implementation, and day-to-day coordination.
• Coordinate project tasks and deliverables across relevant disciplines.
• Assist with delegation of project activities and coordination of team work schedules.
• Track project activities and report progress against established plans.
• Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
• Support coordination between project teams and relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the Project Manager with additional project delivery responsibilities as required.

Project Controls and Documentation

• Maintain organized project documentation, reports, records, and supporting information.
• Assist with preparation, review, and proofreading of project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and prepare relevant status information.
• Analyze project data when required to support planning and management activities.
• Organize project information to support effective reporting and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordination and Administrative Support

• Arrange and coordinate project meetings.
• Support preparation of invoices and estimates where required.
• Follow up assigned project actions and deliverables.
• Help maintain effective communication between the Project Manager, project team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple project activities while maintaining priorities and deadlines.

Infrastructure and Design EnvironmentThe Assistant Project Manager will work within a multidisciplinary engineering environment covering infrastructure and architectural projects. Relevant industry exposure includes roads and highways, wet utilities, dry utilities, transport engineering, and urban planning.The role requires an understanding of how design, engineering, project management, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder coordination interact throughout project delivery.What Required Skills You\'ll Bring

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within infrastructure and architectural projects.
• Infrastructure and engineering industry experience covering roads and highways, wet or dry utilities, transport engineering, and urban planning.
• Experience using project management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
