• Serve as the primary company representative with the client and selected subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Lead projects through planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases.
• Establish project requirements and ensure deliverables meet defined contractual and technical standards.
• Prepare concise project summaries to align team members on objectives, scope, responsibilities, and delivery requirements.
• Manage technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Ensure appropriate follow-up on project instructions, commitments, decisions, and action items.
• Participate in regulatory discussions and public meetings when required.
• Coordinate internal departments and external resources to establish effective project teams.

Project Planning and Controls

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and execution plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee development of key project plans, including Project Execution, Health and Safety, and QA-QC plans.
• Monitor project performance against established objectives, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify risks affecting cost, schedule, scope, or delivery and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Track and report project progress, milestones, emerging issues, and potential risks.
• Lead regular project review meetings to assess performance and establish follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate records of approved project changes and change orders.

Client and Contract Management

• Maintain effective communication with the client throughout project delivery.
• Negotiate scope changes with the client and key subcontractors.
• Support opportunities for additional project work where appropriate.
• Keep the client and company management informed of significant project developments and changes.
• Ensure project activities remain aligned with client requirements, contract terms, and applicable company procedures.
• Communicate technical, commercial, and project delivery matters clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Coordination

• Assign responsibilities based on project requirements and individual team capabilities.
• Support team performance and professional development during project execution.
• Coordinate with management to define requirements for key project roles.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical disciplines, commercial teams, project controls, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.
• Maintain a team-oriented approach while ensuring accountability for assigned deliverables.

Quality and Technical Delivery

• Promote project quality through consistent application of established QA processes.
• Monitor deliverables for compliance with applicable industry standards and project requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical involvement where required, including participation in design-related activities.
• Apply broad technical and business knowledge when evaluating project issues and delivery decisions.
• Support timely resolution of technical matters that could affect project performance.
