Job Description
- As a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition in Mumbai, your role involves leading end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of top-tier talent. Implement best practices for candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment journey. Moreover, you are expected to provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Implement best practices for candidate experience to ensure a positive recruitment journey.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or similar role in the internet or e-commerce industry.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
In addition, experience in working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred. Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus. You should also be able to thrive in a remote work environment while maintaining team collaboration and productivity.,
