Associate Product Manager

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of a fast-paced product team, contributing to the development and growth of Paytm's financial services.

What you will do: You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch new features.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and features.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and launch new products and features.
• 
  Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage product backlog and sprint planning.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
