What role you will play in team: Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions within Paytm's financial systems.
What you will do: Monitor financial processes, investigate discrepancies, and implement controls to improve financial accuracy.
Key responsibility:
- Review and reconcile financial transactions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial control.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Develop and implement controls to improve financial accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to financial policies.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in financial control or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
