Investment Banking Analyst - M&A

What role you will play in team: You will support the M&A team in executing mergers and acquisitions transactions.

What you will do: You will conduct financial analysis, prepare presentations and assist in deal execution.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct financial due diligence on target companies.
• Prepare valuation models and presentations.
• Assist in the negotiation of transaction terms.
• 
  Coordinate with legal and other advisors.
• Support the closing of M&A transactions.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
