About the team:
QR & Soundbox IVR L3 (MHD) team handles merchant queries and concerns on QR code and Soundbox related like Payment, settlement, device related issues etc.
About the role:
Candidate has to handle concerns and complaints raised by the merchant day to day basis and make sure the daily task is being closed within the defined TAT with good merchant experience.
Expectations/ Requirements:
Monitor, evaluate and score inbound calls against established quality assurance instruments and
standards
- Creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture
- Cohesively work with a lot of people, across functions and teams every day
- Coordinate with other departments for compatibility of all aspects of each project
- Troubleshoot merchant problems, identifies the request and takes appropriate measure as per the
guidelines
- Provide merchant support by call or email.
- Excellent merchant service skills that build high levels of merchant satisfaction

Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Preferred languages English, Hindi and any 1south regional.
