Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Regional Head - Enterprise Sales to lead the growth of Pi Commerce across key enterprise accounts within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver regional revenue, bookings, and growth targets for Pi Commerce.
- Drive market expansion through strategic acquisition of large enterprise customers across industries such as BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Healthcare, Travel, E-commerce, and Digital Services.
- Build and execute regional GTM strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.
- Lead and support large, complex enterprise pursuits from prospecting to closure.
- Build executive-level relationships with CXOs, business leaders, and digital transformation stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions teams to deliver differentiated customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and regional business reviews.
