PBPartners - Program Manager - Growth

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Program Manager - Growth to drive cross-sell programs and improve agent partner income across our distribution ecosystem. This role will own growth initiatives end-to-end - from identifying opportunities through data analysis to designing interventions, launching campaigns, tracking outcomes, and scaling successful programs.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, solving business problems, coordinating across teams, and driving measurable growth outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Program Management

• Design and execute programs to increase cross-sell across partner cohorts
• Build initiatives focused on improving partner productivity and income growth
• Identify growth levers across partner lifecycle stages and create interventions
• Own end-to-end execution of growth programs from ideation to rollout

Data Analytics & Insights

• Analyze large datasets to identify business opportunities, partner behavior patterns, and growth gaps
• Create partner segmentation frameworks for targeted interventions
• Build dashboards and tracking mechanisms for program performance
• Monitor funnel metrics and identify drop-offs/opportunity areas

Campaign Design & Execution

• Design campaigns, contests, nudges, and incentive structures to drive desired partner behavior
• Work closely with sales, product, marketing, operations, and tech teams for execution
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on outcomes

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with business leaders, sales teams, product teams, and operations teams
• Translate business problems into structured solutions and execution plans
• Drive cross-functional alignment for program success

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Program Management, Analytics, Consulting, or Business roles
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working on large datasets
• Advanced Excel / SQL preferred; dashboarding exposure is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High ownership and execution orientation

Preferred Experience

• Experience in insurance, fintech, marketplace, or partner-led businesses
• Exposure to partner ecosystems / distribution businesses
• Experience in growth experimentation and campaign management
