Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Kolkata & Howrah. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include conducting client meetings, providing insurance product consultations, managing accounts, and collaborating with team members to meet revenue goals. The role will also involve follow-ups and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management skills, account management expertise, and customer service aptitude
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to provide tailored recommendations
• Marketing and business development experience to drive client acquisition
• Ability to work effectively on-site and manage client interactions professionally
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with local markets, and prior experience in the insurance sector is an advantage
